This is the place I learned to ski. With 2
High Speed quads and the new Heather Canyon Lift there is skiing for every
level. From the Beginner who want to enjoy the learning expirence to the
Expert seeking those adrenaline packed Double Black Diamonds. I dont
Snowboard so I cant make a good opinion on that subject but here is a current
trail map of the place. The ski lodge is worth visiting with the
finest Oregon Brews on tap, and a nice view of the mountain as you rest.
This resort is my favorite on Mt. Hood. Favorite Run: Jacobs Ladder

This place is open until late August, so that is
why it is my second favorite. Below is a picture on what you could
expect when summer skiing there. This place is setup diffrent than
most ski resorts since the majority of the runs are actually downhill of
the resort. From what I am told the snowboarding is the best on the
mountain. Favorite Run: The Magic Mile

This place has the hardest runs on the mountain,
known as "The Outback" It is defiantley a leg burner to say the least.
The night skiing here is the best. This place would be the best is
it was not so low on the mountain. At this low altitude SkiBowl is
famous for some really poor skiing conditions. Favorite Run: Stump

Cooper Spur and Summit:
Two little hills that are really good for learning
at. They are very cheap and are never crowded. For those that
want to learn how to ski, these are the places for you. At Summit
you can even go tubbin' on the side it is pretty fun, but be careful.
I have seen a lot of broken bones come out of tubbin'
